Mayank Tripathi

I have done my Bachelors in Psychology and did a Post graduate Diploma in Ayurvedic Food and Nutrition and also a Certified Professional Therapeutic Counseling from SAC, UK. Also done my certification in CBT- REBT and Forensic Psychology. I have been providing services in North America and South Asia since 2012, working with adolescent and adults. I am a Professional member of Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association and also a  Professional member of International Healer's Association. I provide Online services on Google Meet,  (Audio/Video/Chat) and Whatsapp Phone counselling worldwide.

Please do feel free to share via e-mail if you wish, before we meet. My consultation / answering to your queries are only by email. Kindly do fill the above given  intake form and send it back to me via e-mail, atleast 24 hours before your appointment. My first  and follow up sessions are paid sessions. (itzmayank@gmail.com ( email and my skype ID))

 

Kindly let me know your preferred time and date/s so that I can confirm our appointment for the upcoming week/s. If given a date by me, please confirm it the same day.

 

My fees are as follows : You may choose to book sessions in bulk after your first session to save. Once booking is done, the bulk session fees is collected in advance, with no refunds. 

 

1 Session 30 min - $ 80 , ($50 CAD for 20 min) 

3 Sessions - $ 200

5 Sessions $ 350

 

Fees are acceptable by Credit/e -transfer for every session, and a receipt would be provided for it. Note payment via credit card would be charged extra $5 CAD as processing fees. Please pay your session fees on the day of the appointment, two hour before your session begins. Payment is expected at every session; unpaid sessions will require to be rescheduled. There are no changes applicable to invoices once paid; please ensure all details are correct upon reception. You will receive a receipt from Registered Psychotherapist via my affiliation to the clinic.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Any modification or cancellation within 24 hours must be communicated preferably by email to itzmayank@gmail.com. If you must reschedule or cancel an appointment, please inform via email at least 24 hours ahead of time, so that the session time can be offered to another client. Rescheduled, Missed or cancelled appointments within the 24 hour period will be billed a full session fee.  Each session is of 45 min.
